焗烤香脆培根起司
准备材料:

【培根 】 【Bacon 】 1/2磅,碎 【薯饼 】 Hashbrowns3-5杯, 【红萝卜 】 Carrot1/2根, 【海盐 】 SeaSalt1小匙, 【黑胡椒粉 】 BlackPepper3/4小匙,切达 【乳酪 】 CheddarCh.11/2杯, 【青葱 】 GreenOnions3根


焗烤香脆培根起司的做法

1、将培根放进大的烤盘中, 放进冷的烤箱 (中架). 设定烤箱400F / 200 C. 烤约15-20分钟.看看培根够不够脆, 如果有脆度就ok了.Put bacon strips on a large baking pan and place on middle rack of a COLD oven. Set the temperature to 400 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

2、将碎薯饼放进主要烤盘中. 将少许培根的油加入搅拌. 烤约15分钟.

Prepare another baking pan, pour hashbrowns into the pan, stir some bacon grease into the hashbrowns, and bake for 15 mins.

3、将青葱切碎, 红萝卜切丝. 备用.Chop green onion, shred carrot. Set aside.

4、培根切碎. 将培根, 红萝卜, 薯饼和所有调味料一起搅拌均匀. 切达起司均匀撒在最上面. 放回烤箱再烤约5分钟直到起司融化.Chop bacon into small pieces. Mix everything including seasoning with hashbrowns. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake an additional 5 minutes.

5、最后上菜前撒上青葱.Finally sprinkle green onions just before serving.
